When we talk about Penang, besides the Laksa Penang, what come crosses to our mind are their longest Penang bridge. Penang Bridge is a long bridge connects George Town on the island of Penang and Seberang Prai. It was officially opened on 14 September 1985. The total length of the bridge is 13.5 km and making it the second longest bridge in Malaysia as and the fifth-longest in Southeast Asia.

But....Nowadays, Penang have more longest bridge which called Penang Second Bridge. The bridge measuring a total of 24 km in length. Began in November 8, 2008 and is currently projected to be completed in February 2014.
